Will the sessions be recorded?
Yes! Sessions and panels will be recorded and shared with IMS 2025 attendees and Digital Pass holders. The only two sessions we’re unable to distribute will be the keynote and the CRM round table.
When can we expect the recordings of the sessions to be available?
Two to three weeks after the event. We plan to work quickly so that you can revisit the learnings from our talented speakers.
Can I add on workshops if I didn’t purchase them originally?
You bet. Email us at [email protected] and we’ll send you a link to update your registration.
What if I have a question that isn’t answered on this page?

Do I need to choose a track?
We don’t require it! The tracks are there to help you determine which session might be more relevant for you during concurrent session blocks. You can RSVP for specific sessions in the Whova App, but again, not required.
