Refund Policy

Alright, industrial marketers, let’s talk refunds. This conference is going to be that good, you won’t want to miss it. But, we get it – sometimes, the universe has other plans and we understand unforeseen circumstances pop up.

Just give us a heads up, and we’ll work with you.

Send an email to [email protected] and we’ll follow our Refund Policy in accordance with the following:

  • Registrations canceled ON OR BEFORE February 13, 2026 are eligible for a full refund less processing fees.
  • For registrations cancelled AFTER February 13, 2026, no refunds will be given; however, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please notify event coordinators as soon as possible so that correct name badges can be created.

Final thoughts:

  • No refunds will be given for pass downgrades. 
  • Refunds will not be issued onsite. 
  • Refunds will not be issued for no shows. 

Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate event that we must cancel the Industrial Marketing Summit for any reason, all registrants will be offered a refund of their registration minus processing fees.
