Wednesday January 31

3:00 to 6:00 p.m. — Registration Check-in

Grab your registration badge and your Industrial Marketing Summit gift bag at the AT&T Conference Center concierge desk. If you’re unable to check in during this window, don’t sweat it. We’ll open the check-in desk again in the morning.

5:45 p.m. — ART Bus Shuttle Begins

If you are staying in the Campus District hotels, hop on the bus for free transport to Cedar Door for the Mix & Mingle event. The bus will run on 25-min loops, so if you miss one round, you can hop on the next!

6:00 p.m. — Mix & Mingle

AKA The Summit Before the Summit. Kickoff the industrial marketing event of your dreams with craft cocktails and small bites at Cedar Door. Mingle with speakers and bump elbows with your hosts. Plus, experience a live podcast of Manufacturing Happy Hour with Chris Luecke.

9:30 p.m. — Final ART Bus shuttle Departs from Cedar Door

Head back to your hotel rooms for a good night’s rest. We’ve got a meeting of the minds in the morning!

Thursday February 1

7:00 to 8:30 a.m. — Come & Go Breakfast Hour

Tejas Dining Center: Yep. Your tickets include meals! Arrive early to sip your morning beverage and pile your plate with a plethora of fresh, hot breakfast options courtesy of the Tejas Dining Center (located inside the AT&T Conference Center). All food items will be labeled to help those with dietary preferences or allergies.

The ART Bus returns to shuttle marketers and their full minds from the campus district to our jumping off point for the evening: Lazarus Brewing Co. Grab your drink tickets (look in that gift bag you received at check-in!) for your beverage of choice and dive into a taco or two. Where will the night take you from here? That’s up to you and your new industrial marketing buddies.

9:30 p.m. — Final ART Bus shuttle Departs from Lazarus

If you are still at Lazarus at this point (or want to wonder back that way along your crawl) please take advantage of the shuttle back to the Campus District hotels.

Guided by: Strategy Director Grace Wright & Senior Strategist Aren Buresh at Gorilla 76

Led by the Gorilla 76 strategy team, you’ll walk through what it takes to translate your demand generation data into reports that measure success at each phase (validation, leads, pipeline and scale) of your program.
