Refund Policy

Alright, industrial marketers, let’s talk refunds. This conference is going to be so good, you won’t want to miss it. But, we get it – sometimes the universe has other plans and we understand unforeseen circumstances pop up.

Just give us a heads up, and we’ll work with you.

Send an email to [email protected] and we’ll follow our Refund Policy in accordance with the following:

• Registrations canceled ON OR BEFORE January 26, 2027 are eligible for a full refund less processing fees.
• For registrations canceled AFTER January 26, 2027, no refunds will be given; however, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please notify event coordinators as soon as possible so that correct name badges can be created.

Final thoughts:

• No refunds will be given for pass downgrades. 
• Refunds will not be issued onsite. 
• Refunds will not be issued for no shows. 
• No refunds will be given for Industrial Marketing Awards entries.

Cancellation Policy

In the unfortunate event that we must cancel the Industrial Marketing Summit for any reason, all registrants will be offered a refund of their registration minus processing fees.
